We have just received development approval for Beachwalk, a 63-unit luxury townhome community in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The 10-acre community is adjacent to Helen McCall Park with direct golf cart access to 30a. Beachwalk also borders Saltaire, a large mixed use development with luxury apartments, boutiques, restaurants, grocery, and greenway.
